A legacy of women helping women — since 1981.

Networking For Women (NFW) was the first formal networking organization for women in Tulare County. It was founded in 1981 by a group of women who shared a commitment to women helping women.
Rumor has it, there were only gender-exclusive business clubs at the time — and NFW was the answer for women in business who wanted to lift up other women.
These women shared a goal of providing a forum for women to engage each other in a personal and professional manner. Today, NFW carries on a legacy with the duty of its members to leave the organization better than they found it.
The mission is to help other women in business grow, lean on and learn from each other.

Networking for Women of Tulare County (NFW) is a unique group for supporting and connecting interesting professional women and has a diverse membership body of business and professional women.
We offer monthly luncheon meetings at which we can build our relationships and listen to speakers on timely and pertinent topics related to business, our community and other issues of interest to our members.
In addition to the monthly luncheons are twice-annual socials.
